For years, I've had a number of separate
telephone voicemail and toll-free numbers. The service was
not nearly as efficient as Solaxis VoiceMail.
I love that I can maintain one number
that can actually be forwarded to me. I'm still amazed at
some of the features that I haven't tapped into as of yet.
As for the people: THEY ARE FAST. I receive fast, courteous
response. They are always helpful.

is the ability to pick up faxes through the Website, which
has allowed us to use what was a dedicated fax line for other

Previous to using Solaxis VoiceMail,
we would need at least two staff people in-house to physically
answer calls (sometimes exceeding 90 per day) and redundantly
repeat the information.
The other HUGE win with this is I
am not sitting at my desk repeating over and Over and OVER

Bottom line: Our entire office structure
is so jazzed over this Job Line setup. Kicking ourselves for
not stumbling onto this much sooner. Productivity is way up
