Solaxis™ is a great screening tool and saves your staff time answering repetitive questions, such as hours, directions, specials of the day, etc. With LiveResponse, it also gives callers the option of bypassing this information and speaking directly to a live receptionist 24/7. Great for emergency calls.
  2. LiveResponse with Solaxis allows all your calls to be answered by a Sound Telecom agent acting as your personal receptionist. Our receptionist can then transfer the call directly to you or can place the caller into your VoiceMail. This set-up creates the impression that you work in a large organization (when in fact you may be a one-man show).
